1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery if:

Returns must be unused and in original packaging with tags.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping may be:

At customer cost for change-of-mind returns (if applicable)
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and inspect it:

Refund is issued within 7–10 business days

5. Exchanges
If you want an exchange instead of a refund, mention the desired item/color/size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/custom items (unless defective)

Opened consumables (health & hygiene products)
