Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective

  • The item received is different from what you ordered

  • The product arrived damaged

Returns must be unused and in original packaging with tags.

2. How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email support@aquasya.com

  2. Include order number, photos of the item, and reason for return

  3. We will send return instructions

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping may be:

  • Free for defective/damaged items

  • At customer cost for change-of-mind returns (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect it:

  • Refund is issued within 7–10 business days

  • Refund is applied to the original payment method

  • You’ll receive confirmation by email

5. Exchanges

If you want an exchange instead of a refund, mention the desired item/color/size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom items (unless defective)

  • Opened consumables (health & hygiene products)
